VetBiotek - Model 1% - Hydrocortisone Leave on Conditioner

PROPERTIES: 1% Hydrocortisone Leave on Conditioner is for the management of corticosteroid-responsive dermatoses in dogs, cats and horses. Chitosan is a natural biopolymer that forms a protective film on the skin and hair. The protective film reinforces the hydrating and restoring effects of the formulation and also helps to protect the skin against damage from the environment.

INGREDIENTS: Hydrocortisone 1%, Purified Water, Avicel RC-591, Xanthan Gum, Fragrance, Octoxynol 10, Sodium Benzoate, Methylchloroisothiazolinone, Methylisothiazolinone, Citric Acid and Chitosan.

SPECIES: Dogs, Cats and Horses

DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Shake well before use. After shampooing or wetting the hair coat, apply a sufficient amount of the conditioner to cover the affected areas or the entire hair coat along the back of the animal. Massage the conditioner on the skin and hair coat. The conditioner may be used in localized areas or between shampoos. May be used initially 3 to 4 times a week for four weeks, then reduce use to once a week, or as directed by your veterinarian.

PRECAUTIONS: For topical use on dogs, cats and horses. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. If contact occurs or skin irritation develops, rinse thoroughly with water, discontinue use and immediately consult a veterinarian.

WARNING: Keep out of reach of children. Wash hands after using.
