Easy to use

Aquila offers a number of functions available from the remote control or control panel (optional). In addition to the basic adjustment: the height of the bed, the longitudinal tilt, the setting of the segments offers life-saving features as well as special settings e.g. cardiac chair positions, testing settings and more.

Wide range of adjustment

Wide range of adjustment increases comfort and safety of the patient and medical staff.  Allows you to adjust the height of the bed pallet  to patient needs ( easy transfer from wheelchair or chair to the bed, easy exiting the bed) and ensures easy operation ( examination position)

Safe in emergency situations

Quick mechanical release (CPR) of the back rest and  tight segment (option) as well as easily removable headboard ensure free access to the patient during resuscitation.  Quick obtaining of special features such as electric CPR and Trendelenburg by using one button from the central control panel  (option). Levers of central castor brake are placed in  4 corners of the chassis and enable quick bed blockade in an emergency situation.

Easy bed cleaning

Applied plastic covers protect the bed against dirt and  the open structure ensures easy access to all structural elements during cleaning and disinfection.  Used materials are resistant to disinfection agents and guarantee a long-term usage without changes in their features. All metal parts are coated with epoxy-polyester powder varnish resistant to mechanical damages, disinfection and UV radiation. The electronic system in IP66 class (protected from high pressure water jets), make cleaning and disinfection of the bed easier.

Easy and safe transport

One directional castor stabilizes the direction of travel and makes transport easier and more comfortable for one person. Overall bed width below 100 cm with bumpers make maneuverability easier, even in narrow corridors, small lifts and narrow rooms. The battery back-up increases safety and allows caregivers to make adjustments to the bed during transport.
