Vobis has over 30 years working experience providing systems in two primary technology arenas: evaporation / crystallization (isolation) and granulation / microencapsulation. These two technology programs include the design and manufacture of a diverse range of evaporation systems (including WFE, SPD (molecular distillation), forced circulation, rising film, falling film, MVR, TVR) and evaporative, draft tube baffle (DTB), fractional distillation (including PSD, pressure swing distillation), and evaporative and cooling crystallization systems and for our other technology program separately manufacturing granulation and microencapsulation systems (including extrusion, pelleting, spray drying microencapsulations and multiple technologies for manufacturing matrix and core shell microencapsulations) from pilot plant through production scale systems.
