How it works

  • Taking Daily Measurements
The V-LAP belt is clipped over the chest — no need to remove clothing. The patient presses the button for 1 minute and the readings are transmitted to the belt.
  • Readings’ Transmission to The Cloud
The external belt gets the daily readings from the implant and transmits the data to the cloud in a secure manner.
  • Actionable Data
Left Atrial Pressure data is available 24/7 to the patient via the V-LAP app. At the same time, data is synced directly into the web portal of the medical team.
  • Medication Adjustment
When the patient’s Left Atrial Pressure is out of the optimal range, the patient is alerted to adjust diuretics. In case of very high/low pressure, the patient is advised to call the clinic for further instructions.
